- 1 1. Exfoliate skin 24 hours before application — don't shave same day
- 2 2. Apply 1–2 pumps per body area onto a tanning mitt, blend in circular motions
- 3 3. Wash hands immediately after
- 4 4. Rinse at 1–4 hours depending on desired depth
- 5 5. Moisturize daily to maintain and extend your tan
- 6 Avoid water, sweat, and tight clothing for 6–8 hours after application.
