We want your experience with Petalia to feel simple, transparent, and stress-free — from the moment you order to the moment your products arrive.


Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply on selected orders)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused or minimally used
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, some personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll make it right — no stress, no friction.


How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
