- 1 1. Shampoo hair and towel dry until damp
- 2 2. Apply from mid-lengths to ends — avoid roots and scalp
- 3 3. Leave on for 5–10 minutes (up to 30 under a shower cap for deep repair)
- 4 4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water
- 5 Frequency: 1–2x per week.
